Master Navigation and Enviornmental Robotics (NuUR)

Since the winter semester 2011/2012, the programs in the field surveying has been extended by the new Master in Navigation and Robotics Environment (Nuur). Bachelor graduates in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, Geodesy and Geomatics, Civil Engineering and Computational Engineering and Computer Science will feel equally addressed.

The university calendar of the Discipline Geodesy and Geoinformatics is extended. A very brand new offer of study is open - not only - for different Bachelor Alumni like from Geodesy and Geoinformatics, Civil Engineers, Computer Assisted Engineering as well as Engine Building and Computer Sciences.

The discipline Geodesy and Geoinformatics is extended by a new master course called "Navigation und Umweltrobotik (NUUR)", in english: Navigation and Enviornmental Robotics (NUUR | NEAR). 

Main courses of study will be orientated on the accurate as well as precise assessment and modelling of the near and far enviornment. There are cooperations between different faculties like i.e. faculty of electric engineering, computer siences and engine building. These co-operations allow an interdisciplinary and on practice orientated offer of new courses to impart important qualifications in a manner that fulfils our students future need.

We encourage all Bachelor Alumni of the fileds of engine building, electric engineering, Geodesy and Geoinfromatics, Civil Engineering, as well as Computer Assisted Engineering and of Computer Sciences.
