Because of maintenance work on the e-mail server, on Wednesday, 21.10.2020, between 8:00-11:00 am, there was a brief interruption of e-mail reception for some cloud services connected to the mail accounts.
Most mail accounts are working properly again after the changeover, but unfortunately some mail accounts are affected by password problems and mail retrieval via user@ife.uni-hannover.de does not work (the identifier is not recognized correctly). This could possibly affect some users. These cases are fixed due to a reset of the passwords.
To do so, please enter the previous password for the address user@ife.uni-hannover.de under the following link and then set a new password.
