Project Outline

The aim of the project is to develop the modelling of quantum sensor-based gravity satellite missions. Through the simulation of accelerometers and gradiometers by means of atomic interferometry and the integration into the gravity field simulation, the potential of these sensors for future gravity field satellite missions will be identified. In the quantum simulator, physical processes of an atom interferometer and interactions between satellite platform and sensor are addressed. Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)
